IT employs experienced and qualified team members and specializes in construction management consulting services including cost estimating, cost review, constructability review, CPM project scheduling, claims review and analysis, litigation support, construction inspection, and engineering support services for civil engineering, heavy highway, bridge, utility and infrastructure related projects. Located in Marriottsville, Maryland and founded in 2004, IT employs experienced construction professionals with extensive civil, heavy highway, bridge, utility and infrastructure construction experience to bring our clients the contractor's perspective.
