Founded in 2004, Infrastructure Technologies, LLC has grown to be a prominent construction management firm serving the Mid-Atlantic region. Headquartered in Howard County Maryland, IT is a Certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise strategically located between Baltimore and Washington D.C. IT specializes in Construction Management services to clients in the heavy civil infrastructure industry. We provide a variety of services throughout all phases of public and private heavy civil engineering and construction projects including planning, design, procurement and construction. Our Construction Management efforts include a wide range of tasks including constructability review, project engineering and management, project support services, cost estimating, CPM scheduling, claims mitigation and avoidance, claims analysis, value engineering, as well as construction liaison services.
IT employs experienced construction professionals with extensive heavy civil construction experience and takes great pride in the individual hands-on construction experience that collectively makes IT an invaluable resource to clients in the heavy civil infrastructure construction, engineering, insurance and legal communities. The diversity of IT’s construction knowledge extends to interstate highway and bridge construction, hydroelectric projects, mass excavations for industrial sites, ports, reservoirs, earthen dams as well as related concrete structure and utility work. IT’s primary area of expertise is in multi-phase highway and bridge reconstruction projects requiring extensive planning and design for the movement of traffic in urban areas while balancing client and community needs.

OUR CLIENTS
The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is IT’s largest client. We currently offer full service construction management services to multiple modals within MDOT. We currently have staff working full time for the Maryland State Highway Administration in Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 as well as on-call service for the Office of Construction and The Office of Highway Development. Our Construction Management efforts extend also to the Maryland Transportation Authority and the Maryland Transit Administration modals. IT also has construction management contracts with the Montgomery County Department of Transportation and the City of Baltimore Department of Public Works including the Department of Transportation and the Bureau of Water and Wastewater.
IT’s combined construction contracting experience totaling over 100 years serves as the basis for providing our clients with quality staff offering innovative solutions and assistance to repair, rehabilitate and sometimes replace our aging infrastructure on time and under budget.
