Our clients include the Maryland State Highway Administration, The Maryland Transportation Authority, The Maryland Transit Administration, Baltimore City Department of Public Works, Baltimore City Department of Transportation, Montgomery County Department of Transportation, Baltimore County Government and private sector clients in the civil engineering, commercial development and legal fields.

 

The Maryland State Highway Administration is IT’s largest client and we currently have staff working  full-time throughout the State as well as on-call for the Office of Construction and The Office of Highway Development. We have been requested by the Office of Bridge Design in special matters.
